As a follow up to our previous Customer Advisories regarding the Ports of Los Angeles and Long Beach. The Port of Los Angeles and the Port of Long Beach announced today that consideration of the “Container Excess Dwell Fee” would be held off another week, until 18th Feb 2022.

With reference to the change in China’s Yangtze River Protection Law, please find
below our guideline for the DG cargo. This guideline applies to cargoes that are
handled (i.e., loaded, discharged, or transhipped) in Waigaoqiao Terminal as well as
cargoes that are passing through the Waigaoqiao Terminal without handling.
