This is to inform you that MV ONE Contribution 047E/W, currently deployed in our
Pacific South Loop 3 – PS3 service, reported a few of the ship crew were tested
positive for COVID-19 prior to her berthing in Singapore.

Further to our Customer Advisory dated August 13, 2021 the discharge operations for the cargo and containers onboard the vessel was completed at Oakland. As advised, discharged containers can only be released at destination after the General Average Security is submitted and confirmed by the General Average Adjuster.

As reported by Ningbo Meishan Island International Container Terminal (MSICT),
operations of container gate-in and gate-out has been suspended from 11th Aug.

Further to our Customer Advisory dated August 4, 2021, General Average was declared for
the vessel NYK Delphinus after encountering a fire incident. The discharge operations for the
cargo and containers onboard the vessel have commenced at Oakland on August 11, 2021.

Further to our Customer Advisory dated July 30, 2021, General Average was declared for the
vessel NYK Delphinus after encountering a fire incident.

As advised, the discharge operations for the cargo and containers onboard the vessel is
expected to be commenced at Oakland on August 9, 2021, subject to final confirmation and
change. Please be reminded that the discharged containers can only be released after the
General Average Security is submitted and confirmed by the General Average Adjuster.

Further to our Customer Advisory dated July 23, 2021, General Average was declared for the
vessel NYK Delphinus after encountering a fire incident.

Based on latest updates, we plan to commence discharge operations at Oakland for the cargo
and containers onboard the vessel. The target date is August 9, 2021, subject to final
confirmation and change. Please be reminded that the discharged containers can only be
released after the General Average Security is submitted and confirmed by the General
Average Adjuster.
