Further to our previous Customer Advisory dated February 6, 2019 regarding the container
fire on board, please be advised that the YANTIAN EXPRESS is currently alongside a berth
in Freeport Bahamas.

Following up from the Customer Advisory on January 25th, Yantian Express has arrived Port
of Freeport (Bahamas) and berthed on February 4th at 1500 hours. She is currently
undergoing fire inspection and decontamination.

Further to our Customer Advisory dated January 25, 2019 regarding the container fire on board MV “Yantian Express”, we wish to inform you that following declaration of General Average

In context of MV “Yantian Express” Voyage 108E, we would like to draw your attention to following
particular requirements for US and Canadian Customs

On January 25, 2019, General Average was formally declared by the owners of the vessel
Yantian Express v108E in the EC5 service string. The declaration of General Average is the
result of the fire on deck of the Yantian Express and the subsequent firefighting efforts on the
vessel.

As of January 25th, the responsible salvage master from the company Smit has decided to
sail the “Yantian Express” to the Port of Freeport (Bahamas). Once there, the recovery and
assessment efforts of the cargo can proceed in a safer environment.

Due to expansion of regulation scope requiring ships to use less than 0.5% sulphur fuel in the China
ECA designated areas, Ocean Network Express wishes to advise of the following pricing
adjustment.

There is currently nil further update on the development of the situation on the Yantian
Express.

The fire has been primarily contained. Three salvage tugs are currently providing assistance
to Yantian Express. Another ocean-going tug is also on its way to further assist the operations.

Rescue efforts are ongoing. Currently, there are three tugs on scene to provide assistance
to Yantian Express.
